1) What is your MOQ?
One 20'GP with no more than 3 models
One 40'HQ with no more than 5 models
2) Do you accept sample order?
Yes, Sample order is acceptable, sample is 10-15% higher than the normal quotation. If you purchase mass production order , 10-15% cost is refundable. Sample deliver time is around 30 days.
3) Can I customized my products?
Yes, we can change diamention according to your request. We can change the rattan color, fabric color based on our color swatch.
We have a very stong R&D team who can help develop the new products by your designs.
4) How about your lead time?
30-45days normally, also depands on the products design and time you place order.
5) What about the payment term?
If the total amount is above USD 3000, 30% deposit+70% balance paid before the cargo delivery. If the total amount is below USD 3000, 100% deposit paid before production.
